Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Our warehouses are closed on weekends.

Delivery
Standard shipping is free on every order. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of being placed, or any time before the order enters fulfillment, whichever comes first. If you need to change your shipping address, email info@makeitfluffy.com as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has shipped we can't redirect it.

Delays
Occasionally carriers run behind. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at info@makeitfluffy.com and we'll track it down or make it right.
