Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order dispatches.

Shipping Times

United States: 7-15 business days. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), delivery may take up to 20 business days.

Canada: 10-20 business days.

International: 14-25 business days depending on destination. Customs processing in your country may add additional time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Factors like weather, carrier volume, and customs inspections can affect delivery times. We'll keep you updated if there are any unusual delays with your order.

Shipping Cost

US orders: Free tracked shipping on all orders.

International orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order dispatches, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also use the "Track Your Order" link in our site navigation at any time.

Please allow 2-5 days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update, as there can be a delay between dispatch and the first scan.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, your building's front desk, or your local post office. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve the issue.

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation (US orders), please contact us through the Help Centre and we'll investigate.

Address Accuracy


Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once they've been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship at your expense or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number. This is normal and there's no additional cost.
