How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days within the US. During high-demand periods, delivery can take up to 20 business days. Every order includes tracking so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free tracked shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Where do you ship from?

We work with fulfillment partners to ship directly to you. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What are your products made from?

Our products use high-quality faux fur, sherpa fleece, plush polyester, and other soft synthetic fabrics. We do not use real animal fur or hide. Specific materials are listed on each product page.

How do I wash my faux fur products?

Most of our products are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. We recommend turning pillow covers inside out before washing and shaking out any loose fibers before first use. Check each product page for specific care instructions.

Do your blankets and pillow covers come with inserts?

Pillow covers are sold as covers only, inserts are not included. Blankets and throws are sold as complete items. Each product listing specifies what's included.

How do I pick the right size pet bed?

We recommend measuring your pet from nose to tail while they're in their natural sleeping position, then adding a few inches. For pets who stretch out, size up. For pets who curl into a ball, the listed dimensions should be a close match. Size guides are included on each pet product page.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Reach us through the Help Centre on our site.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but all orders ship in clean, branded packaging that's suitable for gifting.
