Return Policy Rules
Hygiene First: Used, worn, washed items or products not in their original condition (as received) will not be accepted.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of scents or marks, and returned in their original condition.
Return Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Ineligible Returns: Any item returned used, without packaging, or in damaged condition will be ineligible for a refund.
Refund Resolution: All refunds are processed through our standard return system for accuracy and security. If you haven’t received your refund from Chainlink Group (our payment processing partner) after 30 days, please contact us at info@makeitfluffy.com
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not follow the conditions listed above.
Return Instructions
- Ensure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Items that do not meet these standards will be denied a refund.
- Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund or store credit based on eligibility.
Packaging Instructions
To prevent damage and ensure your return is accepted:
- Do not place shipping labels directly on the product packaging.
- Use a plain poly mailer, envelope, or box for the outer layer.
- If you’re unsure about the correct packaging, contact support before shipping.

Cancellations and Order Modifications
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
